Project Overview

Situated by the scenic coastline of Largs, Bay Court is a purpose-built care facility designed to accommodate 82 residents. The development aims to provide high-quality, comfortable living spaces in a modern, thoughtfully designed building.

Our Contribution

Robeslee manufactured and supplied a range of bespoke precast concrete components to meet the project’s architectural and functional requirements, including:

  • Stringer courses

  • Stringer corner pieces

  • Cills

  • Thresholds

  • Fair-faced lintels

All elements were produced in-house, ensuring precision finishes, consistent colour, and on-time delivery despite the complexity of the build.
